how to render out video in blender

There was more to this tutorial at the start but I didn't have to change anything until this point:
Up in the right hand corner are the property settings
Set the format to ffmpeg video
Container should be mpeg 4
set to H.264 on video codec
set video quality to high quality
set encoding speed to realtime
set audio codec to aac
Save set up file so when you do a different video with different files all the setting will be the same that you set so you  won't have to do it again. I havn't found this option but i will look into it.
go to render and hit render animation
